Pelin specializes in commercial litigation, construction, corporate, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law working across a range of sectors, including real estate, technology, logistics, energy, and financial services. She advises local and international organizations in commercial transactions, litigation and represents clients in obtaining concordat, interim injunctions, and precautionary attachment orders.

Pelin regularly assists construction clients in preparing, revising, and negotiating commercial agreements and is experienced in all major standard industry contracts, such as JCT, NEC, and FIDIC. Pelin is involved in large-scale, complex construction disputes involving employers, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects. She is experienced in a number of different dispute resolution methods including arbitration, mediation, adjudication, and expert determination conducted in Turkey, the U.K, and the U.S.A, and has represented clients in all aspects of conflicts before commercial and criminal courts in Turkey.

She also advises clients in dispute avoidance with a particular focus on risk and claim management for high-value construction projects, which include variations, delays, defects, insurance, and termination.

Pelin provides legal consultancy and representation in high-value cases involving commercial and investment arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and UNCITRAL.

She holds an LL.B. degree from Koç University in Istanbul and is currently studying for an LL.M at City, University of London.
