She provides support in e-commerce law matters, ranging from legal obligations under electronic commerce and consumer laws, to the preparation of distant sales agreements, terms of use, privacy policies, and membership agreements.

Burcu offers consultancy on intellectual property matters including trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, patents, domain names, and unfair competition. She assists clients with drafting applications, oppositions, and appeals regarding trademark and design applications before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.
