Ezgi practices criminal law, human rights law, healthcare law, employment law and commercial law. She is particularly interested in white collar and business crime.
She has extensive litigation experience and successfully represents clients before civil and criminal courts, and the public prosecutor’s office. Her work spans all kinds of disputes ranging from breach of contract, to the criminal liabilities of company directors and officers. She assists clients in debt recovery, enforcement of court decisions and executive orders, and offers consultancy in cross border commercial, corporate and criminal disputes to both foreign and domestic companies that operate in various sectors.
Ezgi has gained significant experience working at a number of different law firms. Following her work with a renowned criminal defence attorney who is also a criminal law professor, she went on to work on litigation matters such as torts, consumer protection, compensation law and employment contract disputes. She has represented clients in commercial mediation meetings as well as union negotiations and has experience in applications to the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights.
