Mina specializes in intellectual property, data privacy and media & entertainment law.

Advising a broad range of domestic and international clients her work focuses mainly on developing strategies for trademark, copyright, and industrial designs, including dealing with licensing, advertising regulations and unfair competition matters, along with domain name disputes and other prosecutions.  She also assists clients in their day-to-day contractual matters. Mina is a member of Cetinkaya’s German Desk and her expertise extends to personal data protection and regulatory compliance matters. She follows developments in these areas with great interest.

She also has extensive litigation experience representing clients in all aspects of conflicts before consumer and labour courts, as well as providing legal advice in commercial and corporate matters.

She holds an LL.B. degree from Özyeğin University in Istanbul and also studied at the EBS Law School, focusing on Transnational Commercial Law as part of the Erasmus+ Programme in 2016.
